Multimedia Resource Designer - Ghim Moh

Contract Period: From 15 November 2025 to 14 November 2026 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of one (1) year

Workng hours:

. Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of services:

. Support the development of interactive resources (offline and online) that may include motion graphics, animation (2D/3D), video and photo, graphic and illustrations and etc. for primary and secondary schools students.

. Plan and design storyboard

. Maintain hardware for multimedia art

. Personnel may be redeployed for up to 10 working days in a calendar year to perform administrative duties to support branch-wide activities

Qualifications, skills and experience:

. Diploma in multimedia design or related areas and

. At least 3 months of experience in creating multimedia learning resources using digital tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe AfterEffects

. Preferred to have programming knowledge for creation of simple interactive resources.

. Preferred candidates with demonstrated experience creating content specifically for high ability students will be given preference.
