OVERVIEW
Contractor Kaki is a Design & Build Renovator.
We are seeking a skilled and versatile In-house Creative Designer. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design you will evolve into a multi-faceted marketing creative, producing print, digital, social, and video assets. You will gain exposure to performance-driven creatives, CMS updates, and landing page design, while developing stronger commercial thinking. Here, you'll learn how strategic design choices directly improve clarity, engagement, and conversions.
REQUIREMENTS
A diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related creative discipline
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in a design or creative role, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing environment- We welcome fresh graduate.
A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in branding, print design, digital design, and other visual communication disciplines and video content (e.g., social reels, ads, product videos, campaign videos)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and video tools such as Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
Strong understanding of video fundamentals, including storyboarding, pacing, simple motion graphics and editing for different platforms (IG/TikTok/YouTube/Meta ads)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present your ideas effectively to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
A keen eye for detail, with a strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout, and composition
A proactive, self-driven team player who takes ownership from concept to delivery, and is comfortable working with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualise and design a wide range of visual assets, including logos, branding materials, print and digital advertisements, social media content, and video creatives for regional marketing campaigns
Plan and produce short-form video content for social media and performance marketing, including storyboarding, shot planning, editing, and formatting for various platforms
Maintain a strong understanding of current design and video trends, best practices, and industry standards to ensure work is innovative and effective
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback to help refine and enhance design and video concepts.
Manage website CMS updates, ensuring all content is optimised for conversion (On job training)
Proactively seek opportunities to improve design processes and video workflows, contributing to the overall success of the creative function
