- Provide technical support on qualifications & reliability improvements i.e. qualification plan definition, test condition determination, hardware & software design for special test requests, test results analysis and provide recommendations for competitiveness & improvement.
- Execute benchmarking exercises on reliability testing methodology, process qualification criteria & reliability design rules.
- Design reliability test structures, perform qualification and provide reliability assessment for either one or several of these mechanisms Gox TDDB, PID, BEOL EM, SM, BEOL TDDB.
- Design test structures, characterize and propose Gox PID and/or EM design rules.
- Build up modeling for EM, BEOL TDDB failure mechanisms and use the models to support IC designers reliability risk assessment.
- Establish reliability test requirements for new / advanced technology.
- Play key role in new technology core team to build reliability into the device/process.
- Continuously improve reliability test cycle time & accuracy through refinement of test structure design and test methodologies.
- Provide technical support to customers on building-in reliability into final products.
- Assess reliability risk for process changes, fab excursions and field failures from customers.
- Have ownership of the definition, documentation and maintenance of test procedures, test findings & tools, plus training of reliability staff.

Required Qualifications:
- Education – Bachelor/master's degree in engineering (Electronics, Materials or Physics) or PhD
- Years of Experience – minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor reliability
- Fluency in English Language – Written & verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
- Team player with good people skills
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under tight project timeline
- Knowledge of Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D is an advantage
