Role Summary:
You will be responsible to ensure the reliability and stability of semiconductor processes and achieve it through advanced testing, analysis, and collaboration with both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability assessment systems for semiconductor processes, including TDDB, HCI, BTI, PID, EM, and SM.
- Design and conduct reliability tests to evaluate process performance and durability, analyse test data, and provide recommendations for process technology improvements.
- Provide expert technical support to clients by diagnosing reliability issues, addressing their concerns, and delivering solutions to improve process performance.
- Assist the manufacturing team in managing abnormal events by conducting reliability risk assessments and suggesting improvements to mitigate risks.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process reliability engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach with the ability to analyse complex data and derive insights.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to be reliable and accountable in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Have the drive to achieve goals and complete tasks independently.
