We are seeking an MSAT Engineer - Equipment Support to provide technical expertise in process equipment performance, troubleshooting, and optimization within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
This role sits at the intersection of process, equipment, and automation, requiring strong hands-on experience and the ability to work closely with Operations and Automation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for process equipment used in manufacturing
- Drive optimization of Ultrafiltration (UF) and centrifugation systems
- Support process performance monitoring and equipment readiness
- Work closely with MSAT, Operations, and Automation (DeltaV) teams
- Investigate process deviations and equipment-related issues, driving root cause analysis
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure alignment with GMP and regulatory standards
- Contribute to validation and qualification activities related to equipment performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong hands-on experience with:Ultrafiltration (UF) systemsCentrifugation systems
- Experience in process troubleshooting and equipment optimization
- Hands-on exposure to DeltaV or similar automation systems
- Strong understanding of GMP and manufacturing processes
- Ability to bridge process + equipment + automation environments
- Experience working in MSAT / Process Engineering roles
