Job Title: Motor Mechanic / Team Leader
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Motor Mechanic / Team Leader to join our team at NCS Motorwerkz. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance, along with leadership skills to guide a team of mechanics.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
- Supervise and lead a team of mechanics, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior mechanics, improving team efficiency.
- Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and monitor job progress.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair solutions.
- Ensure the workshop is clean, organized, and operates efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostics, engine repairs, transmission, braking, and electrical systems.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role is an advantage.
- Ability to use modern diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
