Motor Vehicle Painter

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces (sanding, masking, cleaning)
• Mix and match paint colors accurately
• Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat
• Perform minor surface repairs (scratches, dents)
• Operate spray guns and painting equipment
• Maintain spray booth and tools
• Inspect finished work for quality
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE
• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements & Skills

• Experience in automotive/spray painting
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Ability to match colors precisely
• Skilled in using spray equipment and tools
• Good attention to detail
• Basic vehicle body repair knowledge (advantage)
• Team player and able to work independently
• Physically fit
