Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Carry out spray painting, refinishing, and touch-up works on motor vehicles.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and applying putty, primer, and undercoats.
- Mix, match, and apply paints to achieve required colors and finishes.
- Operate spray guns, painting booths, and related equipment safely.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality, identify defects, and perform necessary corrections.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of paints, chemicals, and materials.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
- Work closely with repair teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in automotive spray painting or refinishing.
- Knowledge of paint types, color-matching, and spray painting techniques.
- Ability to use spray guns, sanding machines, and polishing tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishing.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently or in a team.
