Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end motor insurance claims from notification to settlement
- Liaise with customers, insurers, workshops, and surveyors to ensure smooth claims processing
- Prepare, check, and submit claims documentation accurately and on time
- Follow up on claim status and resolve enquiries or issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance procedures
- Support ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in motor insurance claims or insurance-related customer service
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
