Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end motor insurance claims from notification to settlement
• Liaise with customers, insurers, workshops, and surveyors to ensure smooth claims processing
• Prepare, check, and submit claims documentation accurately and on time
• Follow up on claim status and resolve enquiries or issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance procedures
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in motor insurance claims or insurance-related customer service
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
