Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Bangalore. The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for digital campaigns, videos, and social media content. Responsibilities include developing storyboards, designing style frames, animating graphics and typography, and collaborating with the creative team to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives. The role also involves working closely with video production to integrate motion elements, optimizing content for various platforms, and maintaining brand consistency across all visual deliverables. The designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, stay updated on motion design trends, and contribute ideas to enhance overall visual communication.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create dynamic animations and visual effects.
• Experience in Video Production, including working with editors to integrate motion elements into video content.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital and social media assets.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop storyboards, and present design concepts clearly.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and graphic design work, preferably within marketing or branding contexts.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful teamwork.
