Role Overview
Design and implement high-precision, high-speed motion control systems for semiconductor packaging equipment, driving performance, reliability, and innovation through advanced algorithms and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize motion control systems and algorithms (PID, feedforward, adaptive, model-based).
Conduct system modeling, simulation, and analysis using MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent tools.
Tune and optimize servo control loops for precision and robustness.
Implement diagnostic, prognostic, and real-time embedded control solutions.
Address vibration suppression, disturbance rejection, and trajectory planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to enhance system integration.
Conduct feasibility studies and research emerging motion control technologies.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during development, testing, and production.
Ideal Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of classical and modern control methods.
Experience with system modeling, MATLAB/Simulink, and embedded control hardware (DSPs, FPGAs, microcontrollers).
