Mission
MoneySmart generates home loan leads from customers looking to connect with a Mortgage Specialist. You will engage leads, understand their mortgage needs, and guide them through the application process, while driving revenue and ensuring compliance. This role offers :

- Promptlyengageassignedleadsandunderstandtheirmortgagerequirements(newpurchase,refinancing,orcash-out)
- Comparemortgageoptionsandrecommendthemostsuitablesolutions
- Advisecustomersontheoverallpropertypurchaseandfinancingprocess
- Supportcustomersthroughtheapplicationjourneyuntilapprovalandloancompletion
- Reviewloansnearingtheendoftheirlock-inperiodandadviseonrefinancingopportunities
- Achievemonthlymortgagerevenuetargetsandidentifyopportunitiestomaximiseleadpotential
- Liaisewithbankersonratesandpromotionsasneeded
- Ensurestrictadherencetocompliance,regulatoryrequirements,andinternalpolicies
Requirements
- Minimum5yearsofrelevantexperienceinmortgagesales
- Clear,confidentcommunicatorwithstrongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
- Strongproductknowledgeofhomeloansandthebroadermortgageindustry
- Highlysales-driven,goal-oriented,andresults-focused,withtheresilienceandpersistencetonavigatesetbacksandobjections
- Provenabilitytoconsistentlyachieveorexceedmonthlysalestargetsinafast-paced,performance-drivenenvironment
