Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Commercial Mortgage Sales Manager to aggressively grow mortgage loan business through proactive acquisition and strong external partnerships. This is a hunter role focused on revenue generation, referral network expansion, and deal conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new mortgage customers (Commercial).
  • Build and expand referral networks with property agents, brokers, and external partners.
  • Drive sales from inbound leads, marketing campaigns, and walk-in referrals.
  • Manage end-to-end mortgage loan processing through to offer acceptance.
  • Cross-sell relevant banking products to deepen client relationships.
  • Actively monitor market trends and competitor offerings to sharpen sales positioning.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Participate in off-site activities such as property launches, events, and weekend campaigns when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of mortgage or banking sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore real estate market and mortgage regulations.
  • Proven track record in sales acquisition and deal closing.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented
