Mortgage Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate customers housing loan accounts to identify conversion and repricing opportunities.
• Prepare and input housing loan conversion cases for credit approval in accordance with internal policies.
• Prepare, verify, and issue customer conversion letters of offer.
• Follow up on post-approval conversion matters and reworks of customers letters of offer.
• Conduct customer loan redemption interviews in line with established procedures.
• Perform outbound tele-calling to existing customers to support loan repricing initiatives.
• Provide support for ad-hoc assignments and administrative tasks as required by the team.
