Seeking passionate educators for Montessori Directress (Lead Educator) at Thomson and Serangoon centres to foster child development through Montessori principles.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a nurturing Montessori environment that supports children's independent learning and development
- Guide children's learning activities according to Montessori principles to promote holistic growth
- Observe and document each child's individual progress to tailor support effectively
- Communicate clearly and regularly with parents and colleagues to ensure alignment on children's development
- Assist in implementing classroom routines and daily programmes to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure children's safety and well-being by monitoring the environment and responding promptly to needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Montessori certification preferred
- L1/L2 Early Childhood qualification recognised by ECDA
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and support the Montessori approach
