Mold Technician (Injection / Micro Molding)

Responsibilities:

• Install new molds on production machines, ensuring precise setup and alignment for injection molding
• Maintain and repair existing molds to optimize performance and longevity
• Conduct dimensional inspections and troubleshoot mold issues using precision measurement tools
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to new techniques and processes

Requirements:

• Minimum N Level certificate
• At least 3 years of mold fitting experience
• Experience in milling/grinding operations is an advantage
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn
