Key Responsibilities:

• Assess existing Workspace ONE, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune and Windows endpoint environments and identify migration gaps, risks and dependencies.
• Design the Microsoft Intune endpoint management solution, covering enrollment, provisioning, configuration, compliance, application deployment and updates.
• Define RBAC, scope tags, dynamic groups, security baselines, encryption and endpoint security policies.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint teams.
• Provide Intune configuration, implementation and troubleshooting guidance, including applications, VPN, Wi-Fi and migration scripts.
• Develop and support the Workspace ONE-to-Intune migration, including pilot, migration waves, deployment and go-live.
• Validate device enrollment, policy compliance, application availability and resolve migration issues.
• Prepare solution designs, configuration standards, migration runbooks and operational documentation.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and technical handover to customer and support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management.
• Experience designing and managing Windows 11 environments.
• Proven experience with Workspace ONE → Intune migration or similar endpoint migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune co-management, Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access.
• Experience with device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment/protection, Windows Update Rings, endpoint security and encryption.
• Hands-on experience with RBAC, scope tags, dynamic groups, security baselines and Group Policy migration/assessment.
• Experience creating technical designs, migration plans, runbooks and operational documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across infrastructure, identity, security, applications and project teams.
