Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Model Agency Manager, primarily located in Singapore with options for remote work flexibility. The responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting professional models and talents, managing agency-client relationships, organizing casting calls and auditions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that clients project requirements are met. The manager will oversee schedules, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with creative teams to coordinate successful projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent management, client relationship management, and project coordination
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in organizing casting calls, managing calendars, and overseeing contracts
• Knowledge of advertising, media production, or event industries is advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage collaborative projects
• Familiarity with market trends and industry standards within modeling and talent management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field is preferred
• Punctuality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential
