Key Responsibilities
- Operate a company-provided van (e.g., Hiace or equivalent model) to support logistics and delivery operations.
- Respond to Customer Service Engineers (CSEs) requests by delivering spare parts to service locations within the assigned boundary.
- Perform data entry using the provided tablet to update inventory records for stock movements.
- Collect and return used or defective parts to the designated distribution centre.
- Collect and return repaired desktop printers between service locations and the distribution centre.
- Report to the designated distribution centre or collection points for parts replenishment.
- Check the correctness of quantities and inspect the condition of parts received.
- Maintain responsibility for inventory carried in the mobile van and ensure proper storage.
- Conduct periodic stock takes for items stored in the van.
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and operated safely.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record.
- Prior experience in delivery driving, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Comfortable using tablet devices or mobile applications for inventory updates and reporting.
- Good knowledge of Singapore road networks and navigation systems.
- Physically fit to handle parts and equipment loading/unloading when required.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently while coordinating with operations teams.
