What you'll do:

.Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to design, build, and deliver new features for our insurance technology platform.

.Develop, release, and maintain high-quality functionality across mobile and web applications.

.Drive framework and library upgrades to enhance platform sustainability and performance.

.Perform design and code reviews, ensuring high standards of software quality.

.Implement and maintain a robust unit testing framework.

.Manage release cycles, ensuring timely and successful product delivery.

.Lead and guide a BAU (Business-As-Usual) sub-team by allocating tasks, setting priorities, and coaching members.

.Oversee support teams to address production and performance issues in line with SLAs.

.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to improve stability and performance.

What is needed from you:

.A Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

.A proven passion for enterprise application development with preferably 5 years of experience in web or mobile application development.

.Proficiency in responsive web frameworks such as Bootstrap or other major frameworks.

.Strong experience in web technologies such as AngularJS, Vue.js, Node.js, XML, HTML5, CSS Preprocessors (e.g., SAAS), RESTful APIs.

.Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.

Bonus points if you have:

oCross-platform or native application development experience.

oServer-side programming knowledge in Java and SQL.

oDomain knowledge in the financial services industry.
