Mobile Phone Category Operation

Job Description:

1. Manage assigned product categories to achieve sales, profit, and inventory targets.

2. Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in retail channels.

3. Monitor sales performance, sell-through rates, and stock levels; identify issues and drive improvements.

4. Optimize product assortment and SKU mix to improve category performance.

5.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business decisions.

6. Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution.

7. Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

2. 1-2 years of new retail experience

3. Highly adaptable, self-motivated, passionate about e-commerce is preferred

4. Sensitive to data, ability of traffic/users/sales data analysis
