Personal Trainer (Commission based)

Salary: Min. pay of $50/session + Commission (min. 3k per month, up to $10k/month) + Performance Bonus
Work location: Islandwide
Working days & hours: Based on schedule

Position Overview:

As a Premium Outcall Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional one-on-one fitness sessions to our clients in the comfort of their homes, offices, or preferred locations. This role demands high level of expertise in fitness training and skills to cater to the unique needs and preferences of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised fitness assessments to understand clients goals, limitations, and preferences.
• Design and implement customised workout plans that align with clients fitness objectives and lifestyles.
• Deliver and support personal training sessions at clients preferred locations.
• Keeping up to date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry developments to continually enhance service offerings.
• Being present for compulsory weekly trainer meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

• Recognised Personal Training certification
• Preferably 1 year of experience as a Trainer (eg. Personal training, Boxing, Muay Thai)
• Experienced in training techniques to accommodate clients varying fitness levels and goals.
