Job Description

We are seeking a Mobile & Full Stack Developer to join our Technology team in developing and expanding the Group's internal digital platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in building and scaling our new mobile and web applications to serve a growing regional user base.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile application interfaces using Flutter and Dart for both iOS and Android.
Develop, maintain, and optimize backend RESTful APIs and database systems using .NET C# to support core system functionality.
Implement AI-driven features and capabilities to improve system automation, performance, and user efficiency.
Manage the deployment, testing, and update patches of mobile applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Drive feature enhancements, debug issues, and ensure system reliability for assigned technical modules.
Partner closely with Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, and Marketing teams to build user-focused features.
Prepare technical presentations, demonstrate new feature rollouts, and conduct user training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
Keep up to date with the latest software development practices, Flutter/Dart updates, and industry frameworks to continuously enhance platform architecture.

Requirements

Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on mobile development experience using Flutter and Dart.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of backend development experience using .NET C# and REST APIs.
Demonstrated track record with general mobile development (iOS and Android ecosystem).
Strong working knowledge of database design, API integrations, and backend architecture.
Experience with or strong interest in integrating AI tools/services into scalable software applications.
Proven ability to manage app store publishing workflows (App Store Connect / Google Play Console).
Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently and manage project timelines within a collaborative team environment.
Clear communication skills for technical discussions and stakeholder training sessions.
