Are you a polytechnic or university student passionate about mobile technology and creative content Join our dynamic team as an Intern where youll get hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and video editing, contributing directly to the development and communication of our mobile app features.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Conduct daily User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on our mobile application to ensure quality and functionality
- Log, track, and report bugs or usability issues to the operations and development teams
- Assist in video editing tasks for internal training, product demos, and marketing content using editing software (e.g., Animaker, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and management consultants
- Participate in feedback loops and contribute ideas for improving app usability and content engagement
What Were Looking For:
- Polytechnic or university students currently pursuing a relevant diploma/degree
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and attention-to-detail
- Familiarity with mobile apps and a good eye for user experience
- Experience or interest in video editing software
- Reliable and committed to an onsite schedule (3 days/week)
- Able to commit to a 6-month internship
- Bonus: Interest in tech startups or app development environments
