Use troubleshooting tools and agents provided by the domestic engineering team to perform log retrieval, issue reproduction, and root cause analysis in the local environment.
Develop auxiliary scripts and tools independently based on actual troubleshooting needs to improve the efficiency of local issue diagnosis.
Document high-frequency customer complaint scenarios, summarize failure patterns, root cause analysis processes (5Why), and solutions, and continuously improve the troubleshooting case library.
Provide diagnosis conclusions, desensitized logs, and analysis reports to domestic engineers, and collaborate to close issues.
Participate in the live testing and improvement feedback of troubleshooting tools, and promote usability optimization for overseas scenarios.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications, Electronics, or a related field.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++, etc.) with the ability to write log parsing or automated diagnostic scripts.
Basic problem analysis and debugging skills, capable of independently locating common issues through logs, packet captures, etc.
Fluent in written English, able to communicate technical issues effectively with domestic engineers in writing.
Preferred Skills
Experience in log analysis, data visualization, or automated script development.
Familiarity with AI-aided diagnostic tools or LLM agent applications is a plus.
Understanding of basic data privacy and compliance concepts (e.g., GDPR) and awareness of cross-border data handling is preferred.
