主要职责

计算机与服务器系统管理: 统筹管理各分公司终端设备及服务器环境,涵盖 Windows、macOS 和 Linux 系统;制定标准化的采购、安装配置、定期维护及设备更新换代流程,确保系统稳定运行及高效运作。
IT 自动化与脚本开发: 具备独立编写脚本(Script)的能力,熟悉 Bash、Python、PowerShell 等脚本语言,通过脚本实现系统运维、自动化部署、批量处理、日志分析及日常重复性工作的自动化。
网络基础架构管理: 规划、部署及监控各分公司的网络基础架构,包括 LAN、WAN、VPN、SD-WAN 及云端连接,确保全球多办公地点网络连接的高可用性、负载均衡、低延迟及信息安全。
资源整合与跨平台优化: 规划并整合内部及云端 IT 资源,包括服务器、文件系统、身份认证系统及其他基础设施;实现 Windows、macOS 和 Linux 混合环境之间的无缝整合,包括 Active Directory(AD)、LDAP、移动设备管理(MDM)、单点登录(SSO)及跨平台文件共享。
云端与混合架构管理: 管理并整合 Microsoft 365、Google Workspace 及主要云端基础设施(AWS、Azure、GCP);建立统一的身份与访问管理(IAM)机制,落实零信任(Zero Trust)安全策略,确保跨平台账号权限、协作工具及文件访问的安全性。
跨国 IT 系统整合: 主导跨国分公司及子公司的 IT 系统整合项目,制定并推行符合当地法律法规及集团总部规范的全球 IT 治理政策,确保各地区 IT 基础设施及管理标准的一致性。
信息安全与终端防护: 制定并落实适用于 Windows、macOS 和 Linux 的终端安全政策,包括基于角色的访问控制(RBAC)、自动化补丁更新、终端检测与响应(EDR)及数据防泄漏(DLP)机制,防止未经授权的访问及机密信息泄露。
风险管控与合规管理: 建立并执行符合国际标准(如 ISO 27001、GDPR)的信息安全规范及审计机制;定期协调开展漏洞扫描、渗透测试、备份与灾难恢复(DR)演练,以及员工信息安全意识培训。

任职资格

学历要求

计算机科学、信息管理、信息工程或其他相关专业,本科及以上学历。

工作经验

至少 8 年 IT/MIS 基础设施管理相关工作经验,其中至少 3 年技术团队领导或管理经验。
具备跨国 IT 基础架构规划、系统整合及大型项目实施的实际经验。
具备 Windows、macOS 和 Linux 混合企业环境的实际管理及运维经验。

专业技能

Linux 运维能力: 深入了解 Linux 发行版(如 Ubuntu、Debian、RHEL/CentOS),熟悉软件包管理、系统安装与配置、服务管理、权限控制、性能调优及故障排查。
自动化脚本能力: 精通至少一种脚本语言(如 Bash、Python、PowerShell),能够独立从零开发自动化运维脚本,并实现工具整合及日常操作自动化。
网络与基础架构: 熟悉企业级网络架构(LAN、WAN、VPN、SD-WAN)、云端基础设施管理、目录服务(AD/LDAP/SAML)、防火墙及容器化技术的基本概念。
信息安全防护: 熟悉终端检测与响应(EDR)、数据防泄漏(DLP)、身份与访问管理(IAM)、漏洞修复及信息安全合规审计流程。

专业证书(加分项)

Linux 相关证书: RHCSA、RHCE、LPIC-1/2、CompTIA Linux+。
云端与系统证书: Microsoft Certified(Azure Administrator/Architect、M365 Enterprise Administrator)、AWS Certified SysOps/Solutions Architect、Apple Certified Support Professional(ACSP)。
信息安全与管理证书: CISSP、CISM、CCNP、PMP。

Key Responsibilities

Computer & Server Systems Management: Oversee and manage end-user devices and server environments across global offices, including Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. Establish standardized processes for IT procurement, installation, configuration, preventive maintenance, and equipment lifecycle management to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.
IT Automation & Scripting: Develop and implement automation scripts using Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages to streamline system administration, software deployment, batch processing, log analysis, and routine IT operations.
Network Infrastructure Management: Plan, deploy, and monitor enterprise network infrastructure across global offices, including LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity. Ensure high availability, load balancing, low latency, and network security across multiple locations.
IT Resource Integration & Cross-Platform Optimization: Plan and integrate on-premises and cloud-based IT resources, including servers, file systems, identity management systems, and infrastructure services. Ensure seamless interoperability across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments through Active Directory (AD), LDAP, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and cross-platform file sharing solutions.
Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Manage and integrate Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Implement centralized Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust security policies to ensure secure user access, collaboration, and data protection across platforms.
Global IT Systems Integration: Lead IT infrastructure integration projects across international branches and subsidiaries. Develop and implement global IT governance policies that align with local regulatory requirements and corporate standards, ensuring consistency in IT infrastructure and operational practices.
Information Security & Endpoint Protection: Establish and enforce endpoint security policies across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), automated patch management, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions to prevent unauthorized access and data leakage.
Risk Management & Compliance: Implement information security standards and audit procedures aligned with international frameworks and regulations, such as ISO 27001 and GDPR. Coordinate regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, backup and disaster recovery (DR) exercises, and employee cybersecurity awareness training.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT/MIS infrastructure management, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience in multinational IT infrastructure planning, systems integration, and large-scale project implementation.
Hands-on experience managing enterprise environments across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.

Technical Skills

Linux Administration: Strong knowledge of Linux distributions, including Ubuntu, Debian, and RHEL/CentOS, with practical experience in package management, system configuration, service administration, access controls, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell, with the ability to independently develop automation scripts and integrate operational tools.
Network & Infrastructure: Solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, cloud infrastructure, directory services (AD/LDAP/SAML), firewalls, and basic containerization concepts.
Information Security: Familiarity with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity and Access Management (IAM), vulnerability remediation, and information security compliance and audit processes.

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

Linux: RHCSA, RHCE, LPIC-1/2, CompTIA Linux+.
Cloud & Systems: Microsoft Certified (Azure Administrator/Architect, M365 Enterprise Administrator), AWS Certified SysOps/Solutions Architect, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
Security & Management: CISSP, CISM, CCNP, PMP.
