We are looking for a reliable and responsible Store Supervisor / Cashier to manage the daily operations of our community minimart. The candidate will be responsible for cashier duties, coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth store operations, and maintaining a clean and well-organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cashiering duties, including payment processing and daily cash balancing.
- Supervise and coordinate staff in stocking, replenishment, and product display.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering and receiving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customers needs promptly.
- Oversee the overall daily operations of the store and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail, convenience store, or minimart operations preferred.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work on weekends or shifts when required.
- Basic computer or POS knowledge is an advantage.
