Position: Administrative Assistant (Operating Theatre Operations)
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
Location: Jurong East Area
Salary Range: Up to $3,000 per month (based on experience No Exp Diploma $2,580)

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and management of Operating Theatre (OT) supplies.
• Facilitate and process supply order requests.
• Maintain and update procurement information in the department inventory system daily.
• Assist in billing matters and documentation related to procurement.
• Provide general administrative support for the department.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements / Competencies

• Diploma in any course
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
