Job Summary

Operate and program CNC milling machines to produce precision parts, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while performing routine machine maintenance and verifying workpiece conformance.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications
Prepare CNC programs to control machine operations and optimize production efficiency
Verify that workpieces conform to technical specifications and quality standards
Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure operational reliability
Follow quality control procedures, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to safety practices

Required competencies and certifications

Nitec / Higher Nitec or equivalent certificate in Precision Machining
Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining, programming, and machine setup/operation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
