THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Midweight to Senior Designer with strong conceptual thinking and a sharp eye for detail to join our creative team. You'll help bring ideas to life across digital, social, and print from campaign visuals and branding to experiential concepts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute design concepts across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Translate brand and marketing objectives into clear, impactful visual design.
- Ensure high-quality design output that aligns with brand guidelines and creative strategy.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- 36 years of design experience (agency).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and After Effects a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design thinking and craft.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and consistency.
- Confident presenting work and articulating design decisions.
- Ability to visualise using AI for both Static and Video.
- Hunger to want to learn and innovate
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in motion design, UI/UX, or 3D.
- Interest in tech, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
