Middleware Engineer

We are looking for a Batch Operations Support Engineer to support BAU operations and project activities across batch scheduling and file transfer platforms. The role involves ensuring smooth execution, monitoring, and optimization of batch processes in a 24x7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities

Batch Operations & Support (40%-60%)

• Perform batch job deployment, configuration, execution, and recovery
• Monitor and ensure successful completion of batch processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve batch-related issues

Solutioning & Optimization (20%-30%)

• Participate in solution discussions for new batch requirements
• Leverage platform capabilities to optimize operational efficiency and automation

Application Deployment (10%-20%)

• Support application deployments and production releases
• Assist in project cutovers and environment patching

24x7 Support & Incident Management

• Provide on-call support as per roster
• Respond to production incidents, service requests, and urgent deployments
• Ensure all activities follow established processes and SLAs
