What you'll do
- Pre-reconciliation of the Corporation action against external data vendor/MT566 (Golden copy)
- Corporate action processing/ products adjustment
- Life cycle management of all types of OTC and listed derivatives
- Follow-up on the dividend claims linked to collateral/sec. finance
- Trouble shooting a variety of issues from Trading, Treasury, Sales , Risk and Reconciliation
- Cash/Security breaks investigation and resolution
- Continuously improvement of internal processes
- Project involvement
What you'll need
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Economics
- Previous experience in Corporate Action/Dividends adjustment an advantage
- Good knowledge of derivatives and financial markets
- Good Excel knowledge
Nice to have
- Understanding of Securities Finance/ Securities Lending/ Collateral Management
- SOPHIS knowledge
- VBA
