In this role, the candidate will primarily focus on the end-to-end corporate onboarding and periodic KYB process for Presto Group of entities, while supporting the Senior Business Development Manager in market expansion initiatives. This position is ideal for a junior candidate who has a genuine interest in financial markets, is highly detail-oriented, and is eager to build knowledge in buy-side trading operations.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information, monitor action items, and follow up with stakeholders until completion

Required

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in onboarding, KYB, KYC, legal/compliance support or corporate administration, gained from financial institutions (e.g. banks, brokers, proprietary trading firms) or professional firms (e.g. CPAs, law firms, corporate service providers)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and follow-up in a structured and timely manner
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, with a high standard of accuracy in documentation preparation
  • Proactive, reliable, and disciplined in meeting deadlines under time-sensitive conditions while maintaining work quality
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders professionally
  • Growth mindset, willingness to learn, take ownership of assigned tasks, and adapt to changing onboarding requirements across different markets and counterparties

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with large language model (LLM) platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, trackers, and presentation materials
