We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore office. As a consultant, you will work closely with existing clients across industries, and be actively involved in sourcing and placing top tech talent. You will also have opportunities to develop new client relationships, manage job assignments end-to-end, and contribute to business growth. we're also open to candidate who just want to focus on delivery without the responsibility of Business Development.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Work with existing clients to understand hiring needs and take detailed job briefs
- Source and shortlist IT professionals for client roles using various tools and platforms
- Submit high-quality CVs and arrange interviews between clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including offer management and onboarding support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Collaborate with internal team members and contribute to team success
- Stay updated on technology trends and recruitment best practices
Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in agency or Inhouse recruitment, with a strong track record in placing technology professionals
- Exposure to hiring for roles such as across verticals such as Software, Data & AI, Product and Product Design
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Sound understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Proactive and eager to learn about emerging technologies.
- Willingness to build new client relationships and expand market presence
