Job Summary
We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Singapore team. This role supports daily trade reporting and risk monitoring, ensuring accurate recording and timely reporting of trading activities to risk management and senior management. This entry-level position suits organized individuals building a foundation in commodity trading operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute daily trade position reports and risk summaries following established methodologies to support risk monitoring
- Reconcile trade data between front-office execution and back-office records to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Assist the Risk Controller and Trading desk in complying with regulatory requirements and maintaining internal control processes
- Identify and recommend process and system improvements to enhance operational capacity and mitigate risks
- Provide backup support and coverage for other functional teams within the Singapore Office to maintain business continuity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-2 years of working experience fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with basic knowledge of VBA/Macros considered a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data
- Reliable in following standard operating procedures consistently
- Effective communication skills to collaborate within a small team
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop professionally
