Job Description

We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a HR and Admin Assistant who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

Duties:

  • Providing support in all general human resource matters

  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding matters

  • Involved in payroll processing

  • Support internal recruitment related duties

  • Handle work pass application, renewal and etc

  • Involved in billing and accounts receivable matters

  • Supporting general administrative Duties

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in related discipline

  • Good organization skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel

  • Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently under minimal supervision
