Mid-Senior Litigation Associate for Offshore Law Firm

Our client, the Singapore office of an award-winning offshore law firm, seeks a mid-senior associate to play an important role on their international litigation team. This firm offers an unrivaled opportunity to advise on complex and high-profile cross-border litigations. It also offers a hybrid arrangement and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the partners in representing clients in high profile and complex cross-border disputes
• Draft pleadings, submissions, and correspondence
• Conduct legal diligence and research and participate in case analysis
• Assist in depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations
• Manage case files and liaise with clients and experts
• Responsible for case calendar, manage deadlines

Requirements

• 5+ years PQE in litigation
• Ability to work in both English and Mandarin
• Qualified to practice law in Singapore and the UK
• Substantial dispute resolution experience, including drafting and reviewing court filings and case documents
• Superior academic credentials
• Passion to build a career in offshore commercial disputes work
• Qualified to work in Singapore without sponsorship
