We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and cloud-native development to design, build, and deploy innovative AI-driven applications. The role involves working on end-to-end solutions from ideation to MVP, leveraging AI/ML technologies, microservices, and modern cloud environments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and passionate about building scalable, high-impact AI systems.

• Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions within cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy AI models ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Integrate AI functionalities into containerized applications across cloud or hybrid environments.
• Refactor and modernize existing applications using 12-factor and DevOps principles.
• Contribute to technical innovation, research, and solution prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-time AI solutions.
• Mentor peers, stay updated on emerging AI/ML trends, and foster knowledge sharing.

Experience:

• 7+ years of software development experience in Python, Java, and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record in AI/ML development, with hands-on exposure to Generative AI.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face).
• Strong understanding of NLP, prompt engineering, and transformer models.
• Experience with microservices, containerization, and cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with MLOps, data engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of vector databases, LLMs, and Responsible AI practices.
• Hands-on with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Certifications:
