Backed by Ant International, EPOS is a leading Point-of-Sale (POS) and digital payment solutions provider, empowering businesses to digitalize their operations. Our solutions include POS systems, Soundbox devices, and Payment Terminals, helping SMEs in F&B and Retail streamline operations and accelerate growth.

As part of our strategic international expansion, We are launching an EPOS Mid-Career Management Trainee Program designed to accelerate the development of talented professionals into future business managers. About the Mid Career Management Trainee Program

This mid career trainee program is aimed at individuals who already have 35 years of working experience, strong functional expertise, and the ambition to take on managerial roles.

There will be a rotational program across key business functions, offering you to have in depth hands-on exposure from operational excellence work to strategic projects. Successful trainees will be fast-tracked for managerial roles upon program completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotational Assignments: Gain experience across [e.g., Sales, Operations, Strategy, Product, or other relevant functions].
  • Strategic Projects: Work on high-impact business initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Leadership Development: Participate in leadership workshops, executive coaching, and cross-functional training.
  • Performance Delivery: Achieve measurable results in each rotation, demonstrating adaptability and a strong learning curve.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and deliver business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 35 years of professional experience in consumer, payment, tech or e-commerce related industries with a track record of performance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution.
  • Potential: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to take initiative and inspire others.
  • Ambition to Lead: Desire to develop into a managerial role within 2 years or less.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and ability to learn quickly in new environments.
  • Culture fit: Open minded, collaborative, get things done in a speedy way and ok to get hands dirty to drill into operational details
