Microsoft Identity Service Engineer

Pre-requisition

. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field

2 years of related work experience with coding for Engineer

5 years of related work experience with coding and ability to lead a team for Specialist

. Strong problem solving and communication skills, self-driven and long-term strategic thinker

. Ability to quickly pick up new technologies and industry trends

Key Responsibilities

. Provides support addressing tickets raised for Identity services.

. Manage daily operations using runbooks provided by Microsoft Identity & Network Access (IDNA) team.

. Tenant provisioning

. Account and subscription management

. Incident management

. Service Monitoring to ensure the stability, performance and security of identity and access management solution.

. Follow prescribed security and compliance processes, including cert rotation.

. Escalate to Microsoft for issues not resolved through runbooks.

Technical Skill Sets:

Programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

Cloud Infrastructure: Azure, AWS

Knowledge of one or more of the following will be an advantage:

. Experience with open source tools and frameworks.
