Job Description

We are representing our client, a large IT solution provider, to look for an experienced MS Dynamics Consultant will support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementation and Application Support & Maintenance (ASM) activities. The role involves functional analysis, system configuration, technical support, minor enhancements, and coordination with the development team to ensure smooth system operations and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements for D365 customizations and enhancements
  • Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, plug-ins, and integrations
  • Perform testing and validation of CRM solutions, including SIT and UAT coordination
  • Manage release documentation and deployment checklists
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement workarounds
  • Record reported issues, assess their urgency and impact, and escalate them to the development team for resolution
  • Support and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications regarding releases and issue resolution
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Manage project documentation and artifacts
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementation and support
  • Strong experience in D365 customizations, plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate
  • Experience supporting and fine-tuning Power BI reports
  • Hands-on experience supporting D365 on-prem and D365 Online (cloud) environments
  • Experience in data migration, including data mapping, import, and validation
  • Understanding of D365 architecture and integration concepts
  • Experience supporting development teams in delivery and maintenance environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
