Customer Success Architect (CSA) Data & Analytics
Location: Singapore (Onsite 5 days per week)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Customer Success Architect (CSA) Data & Analytics to partner with enterprise customers and unlock tangible business value from their data investments.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling executive narratives. Working closely onsite with customer leadership, you will bridge the gap between data, technology, and business strategy, driving measurable outcomes across performance, efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Value Realization
- Partner with enterprise clients to align data and analytics initiatives with key business objectives
- Develop and drive customer success plans focused on performance improvement and operational excellence
- Support executive business reviews with clear, insight-driven recommendations
Data & Analytics Leadership
- Advise on data strategy, business intelligence, and performance management frameworks
- Design and interpret executive dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards
- Apply strong expertise in descriptive and diagnostic analytics, with exposure to predictive approaches
Data Storytelling & Executive Engagement
- Translate complex data into concise, impactful business narratives
- Present insights to senior leadership and regional stakeholders
- Connect analytics outcomes to commercial and operational decision-making
Stakeholder Management & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives, business leaders, and technical teams
- Collaborate with account teams and partners to align business and technology strategies
- Facilitate onsite workshops, strategy sessions, and working engagements
Leadership & Capability Building
- Enhance customer data literacy and promote data-driven decision-making
- Mentor stakeholders on analytics-led performance management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and fact-based decision-making
Key Skills & Experience
Data & Analytics Expertise
- Strong background in business and data analysis
- Proven experience with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with analytics tools and exposure to Python or data science concepts
Communication & Storytelling
- Exceptional ability to translate data into business insights
- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record influencing senior decision-makers
Business & Strategy Acumen
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and operational functions
- Ability to align data initiatives with broader business strategy
- Experience working in complex, multinational enterprise environments
Leadership & Stakeholder Influence
- Experience in senior customer-facing or advisory roles
- Strong relationship-building and consulting mindset
- Ability to coach and influence cross-functional teams
Ideal Background
- Experience in Customer Success, Data & Analytics, Management Consulting, or Enterprise Technology
- Educational background in Engineering, Analytics, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes through data and executive engagement
