Microservices Lead Developer

Project Description:Requirement is to work as part of a Scrum team with an existing client as a Microservices Lead Developer, responsible for Coding, solution architecture and application design on a microservices framework. Led the technical team in analysis and design of microservices-based applications using Agile methodology.

Responsibilities:. Design and develop microservices using Java-related technologies.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new products and improve the existing systems in our microservices architecture.
. Develop and maintain documentation of the microservices architecture, including design patterns, best practices, and coding standards.
. Debug, troubleshoot, and provide production support for microservices-based applications
. Implement automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to ensure quality and efficiency in the development cycle.
. Mentor and guide junior developers on microservices architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills Description:. 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and Microservices
. Strong hands-on Java coding experience
. Well-versed in Java foundation
. Strong knowledge on Java 11 and above
. Working experience in Spring boot microservices and design patterns
. Cloud experience (preferably OpenShift)
. Kafka
. MQ
. Relational database (preferably Postgres, any RDBMS)
. Should be strong in all the core skills mentioned in resume

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:. Temenos RMFE or similar banking front-end platforms experience
. Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs
. Ability to work as part of team and independently
. Interpersonal skills to interact with team members
. Communication skills to work effectively with Scrum team members, support personnel, and clients
