You'll support on complex public and private M&A, private equity buyouts, and cross-border acquisitions for some of the world's most sophisticated financial sponsors.

Requirements: 1 year's PQE in corporate M&A at a top-tier firm; England & Wales, NY, Singapore, or other common law qualification; exceptional academics; genuine interest in PE and cross-border deals.
