Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

A market-leading US firm has instructed us on a strategic mid-level hire for its Singapore Private Equity / M&A team — a key addition as the group continues to build around deep sponsor relationships and a sustained pipeline of complex, cross-border transactional work across Asia.

The Opportunity

You'll work directly with established partners on high-value, cross-border M&A and buyout transactions, advising leading global private equity sponsors and blue-chip corporates. Expect significant deal ownership from the outset, meaningful client contact, and exposure to the most active sponsor-side platform in the region. This is a seat built for someone ready to grow into a senior associate and beyond.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years PQE at a top-tier international or peer US firm
• US or UK qualified
• Strong M&A experience essential; private equity exposure strongly preferred
• Open to candidates relocating from Hong Kong, London, or New York
• First-class academic credentials and commercial sharpness
