About the Role
We are assembling an M&A team in Singapore to drive regional and global technology transactions.
Open to all levels-from Analysts to Directors-based on experience and fit.
What You'll Do
. Execute end-to-end M&A: deal sourcing, valuation, due diligence coordination, and transaction structuring
. Research tech sectors (software, platforms, digital services) and prepare investment materials
. Partner with internal teams and external advisors (banks, lawyers, consultants)
. Support post-merger integration and travel as required for deal execution
What We're Looking For
. Background in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
. Strong grasp of technology-driven businesses
. Singapore-based with flexibility for regional/global travel
. Fluency in English required
. Proven ability to navigate cross-border, multi-jurisdiction transactions
. Sharp analytical skills, commercial judgment, and attention to detail
Level-Specific Expectations
. Analyst/Associate: Expertise in financial modeling and transaction execution support
. Manager/Director: Track record leading deals, managing advisors, and engaging senior stakeholders with strategic insight
