Job Description

Location: West

Working Hours: 5 days, office hours

Salary: 3.5K- 3.8K

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development of strategic frameworks and consolidate inputs for regional growth initiatives.
  • Gather and organize information from internal teams and external sources to support strategic planning activities.
  • Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and business opportunities across sectors such as food & beverage, pharmaceutical, beauty, and home care.
  • Summarize research findings into clear and structured insights for strategy discussions and internal use.
  • Assist in screening potential merger and acquisition opportunities by compiling company profiles and assessing basic strategic alignment.
  • Maintain tracking tools and databases related to ongoing strategic initiatives and potential opportunities.
  • Support basic financial analysis, including revenue estimations, benchmarking, and comparable company research.
  • Prepare presentation slides and supporting materials for internal meetings, strategy discussions, and project updates.
  • Develop concise summaries of research findings, analysis, and project progress for stakeholders.
  • Assist with project coordination tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting key discussion points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, marketing, operations) to gather information and support project needs.
  • Contribute to the annual strategic planning process by consolidating data, preparing templates, and drafting planning documents.

Job Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to interpret and summarize information clearly.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts; coursework in finance or accounting is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with willingness to learn additional analytical tools and frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and international work environment.
  • Flexibility to support meetings and project activities that may involve coordination with global teams.
  • 5 days office hours with occasional night calls with other region
  • Able to commit for 6 months
