Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative supports revenue growth by engaging prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual communication. He/She works closely with Business team and Customer Service team to provide operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. He/She will prepare and analyze business reports to identify opportunities for business growth and business operation optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to new product or customer enquiries
  • Attend to customer surveys and provide timely updates
  • Interact with internal stakeholders (Commercial team, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance) to ensure customers requirements and commitments are met.
  • Generate business reports for ACST Business team and organize meetings to review business performance
  • Organize key customer meetings
  • Review customer inventory status
  • Provide administrative support to Business team

Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Salesforce
  • Ability to work professionally and effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and positive-minded
  • Supply Chain or Project Management experience would be an added advantage
  • Minimum Diploma in business administration or engineering discipline
