The Inside Sales Representative supports revenue growth by engaging prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual communication. He/She works closely with Business team and Customer Service team to provide operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. He/She will prepare and analyze business reports to identify opportunities for business growth and business operation optimization.
Responsibilities
- Attend to new product or customer enquiries
- Attend to customer surveys and provide timely updates
- Interact with internal stakeholders (Commercial team, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance) to ensure customers requirements and commitments are met.
- Generate business reports for ACST Business team and organize meetings to review business performance
- Organize key customer meetings
- Review customer inventory status
- Provide administrative support to Business team
Qualifications
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Salesforce
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and positive-minded
- Supply Chain or Project Management experience would be an added advantage
- Minimum Diploma in business administration or engineering discipline
