Responsibilities
- Manage merchant onboarding, including account evaluation, KYC, agreements, meetings, and technical integration.
- Provide ongoing merchant support, handle inquiries, resolve operational issues, and conduct periodic account reviews.
- Process cross-border payments accurately and on time investigate and resolve payment-related issues.
- Identify process gaps, support workflow improvements, and collaborate on system and project initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and SOPs for merchant and operational processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and payment technologies perform other operational and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant experience with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented and adaptable, with ability to collaborate across teams.
- Advantage: Familiarity with payment platforms, APIs, or system integration.
